The Department of Physiology and Neurobiology at the University of Connecticut is hiring a tenure-track faculty in Computational Physiology and/or Computational Neuroscience  (https://academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/23022). Please forward to anyone that might be interested.  If you know of any labs with qualified postdocs that might benefit from this posting, please let me know.

Assistant Professor in Computational Physiology and/or Computational Neuroscience

The successful candidate will be expected to establish an active research program in computational physiology and/or computational neuroscience, leading to extramural funding and high-quality publications. The successful candidate will also participate in teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels, which may include the development and teaching of courses aligned with the curriculum goals of the Department. In addition, the successful candidate will engage in the mentoring of students in research, outreach, and professional development. As UConn and the Department are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, the successful candidate will also broaden participation and provide an inclusive environment for members of underrepresented groups, and to meet the needs of diverse populations through their research, teaching, mentoring, and/or public engagement. We especially encourage applications from diverse groups and backgrounds underrepresented in STEM.

Thanks!
