Aeropost refund

I received my refund from Aeropost.com today for the package that I
asked them to return. Surprisingly they gave me a full refund, including
not only the shipping but also taxes and customs duties.

I received a shipment from Amazon.com today of some TV boxes which I
ordered directly from Amazon because they gave me the total cost up
front, unlike other shippers like Box Correos and Aeropost.com where you
never know how much the customs duties and taxes are going to be, and
because anything that says "TV" is charged 50% duty, just like for TV
sets. DHL delivered it to my house in exactly one week from the date I
placed the order, compared with as much as 2 weeks with Aeropost. It
would be interesting to find out what Amazon's return policy is, or if
they even have one.
