Nicaragua and what does Murillo do

Interesting comment I found in today's news "Colonel Manuel Guevara, spokesperson for the Nicaraguan army, stated that the Nicaraguan Army will not suppress protestors, since they believe “dialogue is the solution” to resolving the current crisis."

For those more adept at "Nicaragua Watching" than me does that indicate a change in position, a statement of the obvious or a message shielding the protests?  Berni
