Hi,

I opened the space on Android and iOS (latest version) and I was able to see the Gif (spinning cake). Can you please explain what exactly happens when you open the space on your iPhone 8? Is the Gif not displayed or is it displayed wrong? Maybe you can share a screenshot it it's possible?

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean with "and remove the maker version, EDU version can not be used". Can you explain further?

Thanks,
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin

Yes, as you can see, my device iphonemini and iphone SE are no problem, motion gif so that pictures are dynamic,
Is now happening in the student's cell phone-iphone8
He can only see the picture, but no dynamic images
So I asked the students to remove the MAKER version to see if the use of EDU version can be normal operation,
As a result, even not open.
The following link
So it can not be recorded.whether to solve how to re-install EDU version on iphone8

Hi,

unfortunately I can't see the video you provided via the Facebook link. I get this:

Also please keep in mind that the Gif feature is only available in CoSpaces Edu. If you upload a Gif in CoSpaces Maker you get a static image just like you described. So if you're using the CoSpaces Edu app it should display the image in motion. So if the same exact space is working using the CoSpaces Edu app on all devices except on the iPhone 8, then we need to have a look at it. Otherwise please make sure that everyone is using the right app.

Hi again,

we found the problem. It has actually nothing to do with the iPhone 8 or the Gif itself. The problem is that the "Direct link" always tries to open the CoSpaces Maker app and if it's not installed, it doesn't open at all. And if the CoSpaces Maker app is installed it won't display a motion Gif because it's not supported in CoSpaces Maker. It will be fixed with our next update which will probably be within two weeks. Then the "Direct link" will open the right app.

Thanks for pointing it out and we apologize for the inconveniences.
