Release of COSP v1.4.3 and v2.1

Dear COSP community,

I am pleased to announce that the following two new releases are now available:

- COSP v2.1: a significant upgrade that contains new diagnostics for the CALIPSO Lidar simulator, and introduces two new Lidar simulators (EarthCARE and ground-based).

- COSP v1.4.3: Bug fix for potential divide-by-zero in the MODIS and lidar simulators. Please note that the variables affected are not part of the CFMIP3 request.
