Another question about effective radius

Dear all,

Since our model output doesn’t have “effective radius”, we therefore
test the model sensitivity to “effective radius” by setting “use_reff”
false and true using COSP sample data. However, the COSP outputs from
“use_reff=true” and “use_reff=false” are identical to each other
(using cosp_test.sh). Does it mean COSP, esp. lidar simulater, is not
sensitive to the effective radius?
