Updated MODIS observations for use with COSP

Dear colleagues - 

I am pleased to announce the availability of a set of MODIS observations designed specifically for use with COSP and the MODIS simulator.  The observations are described in a manuscript that’s a small evolution from doi:10.5194/essd-2022-282. Data, currently from July 2002 to Feb 2023, are available as netCDF files. Software at doi:10.5281/zenodo.7883987 allows users to download the current catalog and post-process it for direct comparison to COSP.
