between-subjects (patients versus controls) binary SVM classifier with unbalanced sample size

Dear CoSMoMVPA team,

I would like to perform a patients (n=96) versus controls (n=65) binary SVM (or other) classifier. There is a scenario with three groups in the FAQ, but it seems to assume sample sizes are equal for the three groups.

Can the toolbox handle my situation (binary, unequal sample size) and if yes, could you please help me setting it up?
