GPU and cosmoMVPA toolbox

Dear all,

I tried activating the 'GPUarray' function on Matlab with the CosmoMVPAtoolbox to enable my permutations run faster but all my attempts have failed. Any ideas on how to go about this?

I have no experience with this functionality and thus no ideas what to do. What have you tried?
Running permutations is trivial to parallelise, but I have no idea if a GPU can be used to do so effectively.

Thanks for your response.

I tried using the 'GPUarray' function after calling 'cosmo_stack' for the dataset, but the GPU function doesn't support the structure data type. I'll keep exploring.
