Noise ceiling calculations

Dear Nick & CoSMo MVPA community.

A reviewer has requested that we report noise ceilings for our RSA analyses. Does CoSMo MVPA have any functionality for this, or is it best for us to write our own scripts? I had a quick look in the documentation/FAQs but couldn't find anything.

The next part is less relevant if CoSMo MVPA does not have boise ceiling functionality.  I am working out the best way to report noise ceilings for our approach, or whether it is even sensible, as we used a searchlight within an ROI approach. We used one large ROI which included several different brain regions, therefore a noise ceiling calculation for the entire ROI is unlikely to be informative. I am wondering whether it may be more appropriate to do this within peak voxels or clusters, or if there is a way to demonstrate this for every voxel on a map.

Sorry to disappoint, but CoSMoMVPA does not have this functionality.
