Problem loading CosmoloPy

Hi.  I am having trouble getting CosmoloPy loaded onto my Windows machine.  I tried posting this earlier but am not sure the message went through.  Using pip gives the following error message:

Would anyone happen to know what the problem is?  My version of Python is 2.7 and I'm using the IDLE GUI.

Any help you could give would be appreciated.
