The beer is fermenting!!

Should do so for the next couple days, so if you want to see it in action, swing by. I took video of the airlock and pics of carboy for later posting on the web site.

Do you guys want to do every week? I would be down. Specially if we
could fit it into two hours, so we were done about 5:30 or so ...

We talked about every week. Not sure if we can compress it into 2 hours, just because the boil itself takes 60-90 minutes. We can start earlier if need be, though. People can just show up when the are done with work.

Ah yeah, that's right :)  I updated the calendar to every week.  Think it'd be alright if I brought a grill over and made some grilled buffalo wings for us?

Sure- that would be fuckin' awesome. If it's gas, we will have to use it outside, though.

I was thinking charcoal (still outside).  I haven't done grilled wings before, but I found this recipe which looks like a winner:
