Updated plans!

MAJOR CHANGE:

Many teams are not able to arrive until after 6pm on Friday.   I will now arrive no later than 5pm on Friday at the Hotel in Alamosa.  Teams are welcome to arrive anytime after noon on Friday and work in the conference room.  We will have a "Flash Mob Makerspace" officially starting at 5pm going until when folks want to sleep on Friday night.  We will not do formal presentations, but rather around 8pm, every team will be encouraged to share your design with the group.  We will have snacks and some light food from 5-8:30pm.  

Saturday Morning, please be at the Dunes by 7:45am. Events will begin promptly at 8am.  Any volunteers able to make it to the Dunes around 7:15 to help set up are greatly appreciated.

Included are a lot of maps for the different Events and logistics.  All of these will be posted to the website too for reference by tomorrow at noon.

Looking forward to seeing you on Friday and at the Dunes. Keep the questions coming.  Be sure to bring spare parts, tools and repair supplies this weekend.
