I understand that you have an HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer. I read that the printer is in an error state and does not print. You have tried to restart the printer and that dod not help either. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
I currently have a deskjet 3755. Ive had this printer for alittle over a year and have never had a problem with it till now. Ive had my pinter offline in my closet for about a month now because i did not need it . However today i took it out with hopes of using it and i can not for the life of me get it to connect to the internet. When i press the wifi button and the X button for 3 seconds it does absolutely nothing. This has become an hour long problem that i can not figure out no matter what instructions i attempt.
I purchased an HP DeskJet 3755 printer. The day before it was delivered, my MacBook Air downloaded the newest OS (12.2.1) Monterey. Any ideas of what I can do to get my computer to recognize/find my new printer? I'm not very tech minded, so layman terms are appreciated.
HP Deskjet 3755 All in one printer cannot be found by bluetooth . My router went bad, Frontier upgraded the router a couple of weeks ago, maybe that's the problem. My computer says its offline. I hooked it up with the usb, it tries to print, but prints blank pages.
My Deskjet 3755 does not print magenta or light magenta on the print quality diagnostics page. The paper type is correct and I've cleaned the cartridges several times. Also, when I print a picture, it has a kind of green tint to it. Any help is appreciated.
