WWF Cameroon is looking for
a Technical Advisor in order to ensure the development and implementation of the Jengi/TRIDOM (Tri-National Dja-Odzala-Minkebe) & TNS (Trinational de la Sangha) programmes to the highest standards, in line with the WWF Cameroon Conservation Strategy.

Required Qualifications - At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any natural resource management discipline.
- Good knowledge of GIS related applications.
- Good
knowledge of Cameroon law on forest and wildlife
- Fluency in French and working knowledge of English;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the area of wildlife and protected area or sustainable management of forest resources.
- Relevant experience in forest certification process (FSC standards others certification bodies) on the national and international discussions on forest certification…);
- Broad working experience and good knowledge of conservation and development issues in Central Africa;
- Working experience with logging sectors and other law enforcement structures is an asset.
Required Skills and Competencies - Strong technical, communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work and interact with people of different backgrounds;
- Good team member with familiarity with the
functioning of local and international organisations;
