AutoML 2025 - travel considerations (deadline for paper submissions is still March 31, AoE)

Dear all,
In case you are considering a submission to the AutoML 2025 conference
(we hope you do :-) ), we wish to clarify that we will find ways for all
papers
accepted to the AutoML conference to be presented to the AutoML
community and to be included in the proceedings.
That is, authors who are unable to travel to the US in September for
whatever reason (i.e., whether related to difficulty of attaining US
visa or not) will be given an
opportunity to present their work online. Exact modalities will depend
on the number of papers concerned; we currently envision an
"after-conference" online meeting.
The AutoML organizing team will do everything they can do to provide all important information contributing to a smooth travel to the US. We hope to see you all in NYC in September.
Please help us spread the word.
