German-Chinese Research Grant (Xi'an Technological University)

Dear All,

A Chinese colleague from Xi'an Technological University (China) has been looking for a collaborator for a research grant requiring a partner from Germany. The project is about facial expression recognition based on fractional order convolutional neural networks. The grant, if successful, will support the German researcher’s travel to China and pay him/her a fee (around 100,000 Chinese Yuan) for the duration of the project (about 2 years).
