The proposed FY 2026-2030 CIP is available for review. Read the City email below for how to register to provide testimony at the March 20 City Council meeting or the deadline for written comments. Just an FYI, funding for the NW 17th St Bicycle/Pedestrian bridge and the shared use path segment of the SE Corvallis neighborhood bikeway are dependent upon the City’s Transportation SDC methodology update which is in progress.

Proposed FY 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Plan Available for Review

Capital Improvement Program document

February 13, 2025 - The City of Corvallis Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a planning level document and an important communication tool for the community. The CIP identifies infrastructure projects planned to be initiated over the next five fiscal years. The CIP is developed using various technical resources and requirements, and balances competing priorities within financial constraints to efficiently address the growing number of infrastructure deficiencies across the City. The CIP also informs the City’s budget process since projects identified in the first two years will be incorporated into the BN 2025-27 (biennial) budget.

Although heavily influenced by technical analysis and best management practices for the industry, providing opportunities for public review of the CIP remains a high priority. The proposed CIP is currently available for public review and will be considered by City Council during a joint meeting with the Budget Commission on March 20, 2025.

The Proposed FY 2026-30 CIP document and instructions for submitting public testimony for the March 20, 2025 meeting are available the City’s website at the link below.

Printed copies of the proposed CIP document are available for review at the Library, City Hall, and Public Works Administration Building.

What is the status of the South Town MUP from Avery Ave to Wake Robin or Tunison?  What about other projects that have been approved and included on past capital improvement plans, but have yet to launch?

When I feel only God’s unconditional acceptance, grace begins to degenerate in complacency, even arrogance, until God rescues me from my smugness by once again humbling me and challenging me to new growth and maturity. And when too many challenges begin to overwhelm me, or I begin to fall into the trap of believing I must somehow earn God’s love, then grace reasserts itself, usually with some experience that reminds me that I am not in control, returning me once again to the joy of being grounded in God’s unconditional love.

Thanks, Rob!  It's on p. 4, part of the introduction, along with several other transpo projects I'm tired of waiting for:

IN PROCESS Multi-Use Path – Tunison to Avery Avenue – Phase I
An unanticipated ODOT certification delayed project initiation. This project is a planning study, not a
construction project, with work anticipated to begin in 2025.
