I was looking through the packet for the upcoming February 2nd City Council meeting, and it is great to see the new traffic orders approved by the City Manager. Some of the traffic orders were implemented because community members reported safety concerns at intersections around town. One of the problem spots was at 4th and Madison downtown, I experienced a couple potential left hooks there so it is nice to see that there will be an straight-only arrow in the right lane.

This is a good reminder to report safety concerns to the City’s Corvallis Connect webpage (I reported that dang sunken utility cover on NW 16th by CHS and it was just fixed, Yay!)

Thanks for pointing out the Traffic Orders

How about that one lowering the Circle speed limit from 35 to 30? Only possibly because of the road diet. Go Corvallis!
