Anyone interested in meeting up for a run or two this weekend?

I am planning to run at about 11:00 AM both days, which lines up with my son's nap time.

Saturday: hilly, slow, long. I am planning to do a full Iris Meadow loop which is somewhere in the neighborhood of 14ish miles. There will be options for cutting it shorter.

Sunday: slow run around town or maybe a run around the Saddle. I'm planning to do about 10 miles.

Hello Nick!

I am very interested in running this weekend and I was hoping someone might say Iris Meadow! That said, today was my first run in almost a week and it was S-L-O-W. Someone poured glue in my lungs last week and it's taken forever to feel better! I'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow- wouldn't want to slow down the group too much.

Anyone running the Corvallis Half?

And by the way, Paris tore it up at the Monument Peak 10 mile trail run last weekend finishing as the first woman and 15th runner overall! Well done Paris!

Hey Kate,
I was sick for a couple of weeks too and it really set my training back.

I decided I didn't have time to get ready for the Corvallis Half. Since the 50K is a month later, I signed up for it instead. So, I am trying to get lots of running time in.

No worries about slowing me down this weekend. I will be going slow anyway, just trying to get my time in.

Hey guys,

I might be interested in a run on Sunday, especially Lewisburg Saddle. Let me know what time/where.

Hi All,

I should be around on Sunday and would love to run. I'm feeling under the weather today, but trying to fight it off. I will follow up with you via text to work out details if I bounce back.

Kate, thanks for a shout out. I highly recommend the Run Wild series!

Hope to see you all this weekend.

Paris
