BBQ Next Week & Neighborhood Yard Sale

Hello Neighbors!

Next week's Willamette Landing BBQ (July 13th) will be at Jim & Amy
Kuhlman's place!

Things will get started around 6pm.

There will be a BBQ, some chairs, and some drinks provided.

Please bring something to BBQ and a side dish to share.

Also, I was asked to pass along info about a neighborhood yard sale.

NEIGHBORHOOD YARD SALE

RESERVE A TABLE NOW

Residents of Willamette Landing are invited to participate in a
neighborhood yard sale. The WL Clubhouse and adjacent parking lot
have been reserved for a one-day sale on Saturday, July 23, 2011, from
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Think of the things just hanging around the house that you don’t
need. Imagine all the space you can free up by eliminating the extra
“stuff” you’re storing!

Here’s the plan. Sellers are asked to:

• Bring your own tables. There are a few extra tables in the
clubhouse that can be allocated, if needed, but not enough to
accommodate everyone.

• Contribute to the cost of a three-day ad in the GT (approximately
$35.00). This exact amount will be prorated based on the number of
participants. A free ad will also appear on Craigslist.

• Help put up signs directing people to the sale.

This yard sale is not only an opportunity to meet your neighbors but
also a chance to trade your treasures with others. Free coffee and
pastries will be available to sellers during the setup period first
thing in the morning.
