New issue 20 by danbethell: ProceduralHolderSop should be able to accept
inputs the same as the OpHolderSop

The procedural holder should be able to accept object/primitive inputs just
as the OpHolder does.

This ties in with moving a lot of the code which is common to both OpHolder
and ProceduralHolder up into the abstract ParameterisedHolder class.
