Cortex moving to github

Hi All

I've moved all development of Cortex to github (https://github.com/iqbal-lab/cortex ). Currently I'm trying to clean up some things, (I've modified various things about the wrapper scripts, so 

run_calls is less central - to allow scaling up to many thousands of genomes), and the documentation needs updating. So I wouldn't shift over just yet, but the change is coming. This is just to let you know this is on the horizon
