Hi all,

I am using Cortex, version 1.0.5.21, and I recently tried to detect bubbles from all colours by using the parameter:
--detect_bubbles1 -1
according to the manual (pg. 4, "Use -1 to specify all colours.").

However, I got the following error:
cortex_var_31_c500:Problem withcmdlineargument for[--detect_bubbles1]
[--detect_bubbles1]  option requires twosets of comma-separated integers, separated by aforward-slahs.eg 1/1,or 1,2,3/3,4,5

If anyone know how I can detect all bubbles from a graph, please let me know!

Best,
Cole

Sorry for the slow reply Cole. You just need to say

--detect_bubbles1  -1/-1

ie all-colours against all colours.

Alternatively, this is all wrapped up by run_calls, and you can just use the joint workflow, and this will be done for you automatcally

regards

Zam
