Construct a Graph from Several reference genomes and align reads to the graph

Hi, is it possible to construct a graph from several reference genomes and then align reads to this graph?

Not with Cortex, but we are working on this with another tool, not yet available, but soon

It is very close to possible to do this with vg for larger genomes (10-100M). Stay tuned.
