Creating a concise, focused plan

When can the business plan/mission vision group get together to
consolidate ideas and come up with a focused concept for the space? I
volunteered to be on that committee, but think it would be better to
meet face to face to focus our ideas. There are too many good ideas
and we need to decide what is best for the community , what fills a
neighborhood niche , yet is markedly different from all the other
coffee joints on Cortelyou, AND what would be the most financially
viable. I have a business plan draft for a cultural center in the
neighborhood that I wrote a while ago, perhaps that can be
incorporated into the vision.
I am free next Wednesday night if that works for the others who
volunteered to work on it.. was it Kyle, Debi, Jesse and Heather?
Maybe we can meet at Connecticut Muffin, its brighter for writing.
I'll bring my computer...
Are we getting more time to raise the rent? I'm going away this
weekend until Monday night so couldn't meet before next week... so is
this all a moot point if we can't raise the rent?

Hi Susan,

I am available to meet next Wednesday evening.  The landlord is being very patient so next week should be fine.  I will be getting the key next Wednesday morning from the State.  I think we need to go in and do a quick assessment of the space, even if we don't have a firm vision yet.

I will reach out to Spencer to see when he can be available.

How about Wednesday, 7:30? at Conn. Muffin? Also, I could see the
space (VP) with you Wed. am before I go to work ( before 10:00 if
possible.....

Ok, I'll be there at Mufffins Wed., 7:30.  Just to let you know, I will  be out of town from 4:00 p.m. today through 1:00 p.m.
