Good news everyone!

We will be receiving the keys from the state on Wednesday, October 13th. We will be getting in touch with Spencer before then to schedule a date for a preliminary estimate for construction costs. I will let you know more when i know more

Spencer is a soon-to-be dad, so no promises. but i will talk to him :-)

IT was nice meeting you all in person on Monday. Its great that we can
get into the space to envision what's possible but don't we need to
know what we will be doing before we bring in Spencer to ascertain
construction costs?
