What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Staff should walk around, instead from level 4 they freeze and can't walk
anymore or treat patients. Rooms they're in get unusuable and you can't
fire them, because they don't walk away!
You should be able to use the mouse to move the screen, instead up above
level 4 you can only use the keyboard for it.
What version of CorsixTH are you using (e.g. "Beta 2", "SVN r123")?
Beta8
What operating system / compile settings are you using?
WindowsXP
What level was this on (e.g. "Demo level", "Full game level 12")?
Around level 4
Attach a saved game file if you have one and it is relevant.

This sounds like there was an error at some point. There should have been
helpful output in a console window somewhere with the error. Does someone
have a boilerplate "need more input and here's how to find it" reply that'd
be of help here? Maybe there should be a page on a wiki on what to include
in a bug report?

We just have to guess this is fixed, since we don't get much to work on.
If you still get errors with the newest version make a new issue or reply
here, but please bring the error log.
