What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press escape and try to change sound or music or announcer volume.
2. All of the settings give max volume.

What version of CorsixTH are you using (e.g. "0.21", "SVN r123")?
0.4

What operating system / compile settings are you using?
Windows 7 using opengl or directx

What level was this on (e.g. "Demo level", "Full game level 12")?
All levels
