The beta period has been pretty active, in large part thanks to our
latest prolific bug squishing guru, Justin Mugford.
That said it's time to move on. CorsixTH 0.61 Release Candidate 1 is now
out, regression fixes and serious bug fixes (e.g. for crashes) are now
the only PRs that will be merged.
If nothing critical comes up within the next week, then this release
will become the final; otherwise it will be rc2 and the release will be
pushed out another week, etc.
