The CorsixTH 0.62 deployment process has begun. The beta1 release is tagged and the github release page has been put up with a Windows installer and source tarball signature.

As usual this means bug fixes only for a week, then we evaluate whether to go to beta2 or rc1.

I would also appreciate if someone wants to look over the changelog for wording and/or omissions.
