Hello Davidson,
I know that Corset clusters all transcripts that share one or more reads into a super-cluster. However, when equivalence classes used for clustering, how Corset get the super-cluster?
Thank you so much.
Best wishes
Chen

Hi Chen,
If two transcripts are in the same equivalence class, they will also be in the same super-cluster (assuming that the equivalence class value is >0). Corset actually uses its own version of equivalence classes under the hood, where the value of the equivalence class is just the number of reads.
