Hi everyone,

After run the Corset, I got the result file: clusters.txt.
According to manual of Corset, 'The cluster naming is of the form Clusters-X.Y. The X is the super-cluster ID.'
What the meaning when the X = 0?
For example the following results:

TRINITY_DN2456_c0_g1_i1 Cluster-0.0
TRINITY_DN10042_c0_g1_i2        Cluster-0.1
........
........
TRINITY_DN19287_c2_g6_i2        Cluster-0.1024
TRINITY_DN19287_c2_g6_i3        Cluster-0.1025

What the meaning when the X = 0?

Thanks for any explanation

Best wishes,
Chen

Hi,

0 has no special meaning, the super cluster IDs just start from 0 rather than 1.

Cheers,
Nadia.
