Group by genotype and treatment

Hi I have a dataset of 5 genotypes with 3 samples per genotype. This genotypes where exposed to a treatment and 2 time points. I would like to know what would be the best approach to group this samples. 

Should I group it by genotypes? or should I group by genotypes and by treatments?

I would probably try to group by genotype and treatment.
