Hello all:

If you have a minute and would respond, it is appreciated.  Save the attached to a file on your computer, using the saved copy fill in the bullet information as you wish and save.  Send me an e-mail and reattach the saved file with your comments.  It need not be fancy and the use of bullet statements seems to work well.  I will categorize the information received and consolidate duplicate suggestions.

This is a confidential request and I will use the information as part of an article I am writing addressing transition from prison.  There will be no reference to any one's comments in the article.  I will submit it to one of the correctional journals that I have previously published in.  This request went to those individuals listed in the MACEA e-mail contact list.
