If the two-month minimum commitment is not met, all promotional discounts will be reversed. For policies underwritten by American Family Connect Property and Casualty Insurance Company and American Family Connect Insurance Company, Roadside Assistance covers up to $75 per occurrence ($100 in MA, MT and SC, $80 in TX, no limit in NC) for vehicles on the auto policy. Roadside Assistance does not pay for the cost of the battery or fluids (gas, oil, coolant, etc.), and it does not pay to replace keys or locks. Other limitations may be applicable. If you are not a Costco Executive Member, you must add towing coverage to your policy to be eligible for Roadside Assistance.
For policies underwritten by Midvale Indemnity Company, please refer to the Emergency Roadside Service Coverage endorsement (Towing and Labor Costs Coverage endorsement in NC & VA) included with your policy for coverage details, if applicable. If you are not a Costco Executive Member or in FL or HI, you must add this endorsement to your policy to be eligible for Roadside Assistance.
8Lifetime Renewability is available for select auto insurance policies and is not available in CA, MD, and MI or certain policies in FL. 9Home Glass Repair Reimbursement (may appear on the policy as Glass Repair Coverage Deductible Credit) covers up to $1,000 per occurrence, limited to two claims within any consecutive 12-month period. Benefit applies only to claims that are limited to glass or safety-glazing material. This limit is included in the limit of liability for Dwelling Coverage and is subject to state availability and provisions of your policy. Executive Member home benefits are not available on renters policies and are available on condo policies in certain circumstances. Not available in FL, NY, VT or WA.
10Home Lockout Assistance (may appear on the policy as Home Lockout Expense Coverage) covers up to $100 per occurrence, is limited to two claims within any consecutive 12-month period and may be subject to conditions. Executive Member home benefits are not available on renters policies and are available on condo policies in certain circumstances. Not available in FL, NY or VT.

11The 50% off Parts, Service and Accessories discount is issued to any current Costco member who purchases or leases a vehicle from a participating Costco Auto Program dealer following a referral from Costco Auto Program. In order to qualify for the discount, a member must complete a member satisfaction survey within 30 days of the purchase or lease date listed on the Costco member’s vehicle sales or lease contract. The discount can be used towards the purchase of most parts, services, and accessories at the dealer where the vehicle was purchased or leased and provides a 50% off discount up to maximum savings of $200 for Executive Members and $100 maximum savings for non-Executive Members. The discount can only be used once and has no cash value; any unused portion will be forfeited. The discount may not be used toward the purchase of tires or be combined with any promotion or incentive. The discount expires six months after its issue date and benefits are subject to change without notice.
12Member Advantage Life® (ICC20-TL21R/ TL-21R) is a term life insurance policy issued exclusively to Costco members by Protective Life Insurance Company (PLICO), Omaha, NE. Not available in New York. The guaranteed premium will increase in policy year 6 and then remain level for the remaining level period (5, 15 or 25 more years) and after the full level period (10, 20 or 30 years) the premiums will increase annually immediately following the full level period.
