AB Sciex 5600 data

Hi guys,
Corra will only take mzXML files and not mzML files won't it? Has
anyone had any experience with 5600 data? I'm having dramas with file
conversions etc?

Hello Dayle,

Corra presently will only take mzXML files as input. You can use
msconvert to convert mzML to mzXML. If you need msconvert, it is part
of the proteowizard project:
