Corra Win installation

Hi,

 

I`m using already TPP using Windows XP and Sygwin, the application

is working properly, but now I need to process also with Corra to get

the expression protein profile.

I know that Corra is a Linux application, but Don't have any for

Windows?, fi the case is affirmative, please send em you

recommendations

Dear Victor,

In theory, you can install in window. We devised Corra software for server application for a group or institution so what the most lab users or informaticians need to have in their window OS and Mac is firefox.

I guess you would like to use Corra as a desktop application and we currently do not build or test Corra for window OS (Window 7 or vista or XP) we don't have all the machine available for testing out those various window OS format which are challenging for our limited resources : -)
However, Corra is an OpenSource that we wish some of developers might contribute window version someday.
