The CorpWatch subsidiary API (http://api.corpwatch.org) has been online for almost two decades, and has powered corporate researchers and transparency advocates from around the world for free.

However, as usage of the API and bulk downloads have increased, so have the hosting costs.  CorpWatch is looking for partners and implementing plans to mitigate the costs, hoping to avoid taking the site offline.
