Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior  .Net Application Developer to work on their project based out of Tallahassee, FL / Onsite.

              

Job Title: Senior .Net Application Developer

Location: Tallahassee, FL / Onsite

Duration: 12 Months 

     

Job Description: 

·        Providing IT support for the .Net and .Net Core systems

·        Assisting with cloud migration of existing code

·        Providing services for the Multi Language Translation (MLT) framework

·        A minimum of 12 years of experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture

·        Strong background in object-oriented development techniques

·        Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server)

·        Experience with SQL tuning

·        Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops)

·        Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects

·        Experience as an expert/lead technical role

·        Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments

·        An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs

·        Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies

·        Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues

·        Experience assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements

·        Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities

·        Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment

·        A minimum of 12 years of experience with .Net 4.5 and higher

·        A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with Visual Studio 2019 or higher

·        Experience in writing technical documentation

·        A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with .NET 8.0, ASP.NET MVC Razor pages for developing dynamic web applications

·        Experience in Bootstrap, jQuery and other mobile friendly interfaces for responsive UI

·        Experience with Angular JS to create interactive and data driven applications

·        Experience with NLog for application logging and IText for generating pdf documents

·        Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements and experience with tools/techniques for ensuring web accessibility

·        Experience in Oracle Database management and TSQL for data manipulation and retrieval

·        Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment, and Azure App Services for deploying cloud-native applications

·        Ability to implement analytics solutions and use Redis and Elastic Search for distributed caching to enhance application speed and reliability

·        Experience with code quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube and Sonar cloud, including analyzing code smells and vulnerabilities and integrating automated checks into CI/CD pipelines

·        Experience in using wireframe software to create prototype

Education:

·        Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience
