I am pleased to announce that Confederation of Indian Industry along with Sridhanya Foundation as Knowledge Partner, is organizing a “Conference on Relearn Companies Act 2013 with Recent Changes” on 14 November 2015. It would be a platform to understand the changes which have been brought by means of the recent MCA notifications granting exemptions to certain class of companies and their impact on Corporate and Professionals along with insightful discussions on other important areas of the new law.
The Companies Act, 2013 has completely revamped the corporate legal scenario and the manner in which business can be carried out in India. The entire provisions containing the manner in which Corporate in India are regulated has undergone a vast change with the introduction of this Act. The Act, coupled with its Rules and the numerous circulars and notifications which are being issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on a regular basis, makes the situation all the more challenging.
