Risk management processes and ability to foresee gaps in the processes and identify mitigation plan. Building KRAs, working with risk owners to identify those, getting the data etc.. Partner with analytics team to develop analytics. Following up with Risk owners and collecting risk mitigation plans, update the plans and reporting the same to the committee. Month to month, quarter to quarter support on program administration. Working with corporate strategy to integrate ERM with Corporate Strategy. Integrating mitigation plans associated with enterprise risk, with corporate strategy. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Professional Services: · Expertise in implementing S/4 HANA Professional Services on Public Cloud · Minimum 3–4 full life cycle implementation experience in S/4 HANA Professional Services on Public cloud · Expertise in implementing S/4 HANA Order To Cash process and project systems(PS) including Engagement setup, staffing, work & deliver lifecycle, issue/change management, billing, forecasting, WIP, revenue recognition, collections, and profitability analysis. · Expertise in Project Lifecycle Management, project creation, resource management, billing, and revenue recognition · Deep understanding of Data migration for S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementation · Deep understanding about integrations with other modules like SD, FI-CO and MM · Manage integration points between Professional Services and FI/CO (Finance/Controlling), MM (Material Management), and SD (Sales/Billing) · Hands-on experience with core financials, project-based service delivery, billing models, time/expense processes, and integrations · Exposure to SAP Business AI recommendations for professional services workflows(preferred). · Strong understanding of integration between SD, PS, FI, and other modules. · Ability to lead/validate data, conversions, interfaces, forms, and workflows within public cloud constraints (RICEFW-lite). · Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, best practices, sprint-based delivery, and PI planning cycles. · Deep understanding of data migration on public cloud · Proficiency in SAP Activate and agile project management · Ability to translate business requirements into standardized public cloud processes, minimizing customizations · Strong consulting skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders · Certification in SAP S/4HANA Public cloud - Professional Services (preferred) Roles & Responsibilities: Engagement Delivery Leadership · Own end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation for a professional services client, ensuring alignment with standard cloud capabilities and industry best practices. · Lead all client-facing workshops, requirements confirmation, fit-to-standard playback sessions, and functional design validation. · Oversee and guide cross-functional consultants (Finance, SD-PS, Solution Architects) and ensure consistent architecture and delivery. Program Governance & Collaboration · Manage stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and third-party system owners · Drive decisions, escalate risks, and ensure documented governance to avoid conflicting interpretations in cross-functional integration (identified as a pain point). · Maintain transparent reporting—RAID, status, financials, and deliverables—consistent with PS delivery lifecycle.
