Local to Whippany, NJ ONLY! Salesforce lead Critical Needs • Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and domain processes • Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs • Minimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) experience • Global delivery model experience • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g.,Informatica Cloud) • Participation in each phase of Salesforce.com (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support) • Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions • Minimum 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform • Minimum 3 + years experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc. Roles & Responsibilities • Own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations, including data model, security, scalability, and integrations • Design FSC solutions covering Client 360, Financial Accounts, Goals, relationships, and industry-specific processes • Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development • Experience managing work streams • Manage development teams using Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions • Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) • Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code • CICD/Release Management • Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective. • Change Control/Change Management Certifications • Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer • Certified Application Architect - Preferred • Certified System Architect - Preferred Role Descriptions: Salesforce Technical Lead with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Essential Skills: Salesforce Technical Lead with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Desirable Skills: Keyword: Skills: Digital : Salesforce Development and Technical Design~Digital : Salesforce Service Cloud Experience Required: 10 & Above
