Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: MDM with Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated MDM and Salesforce CRM programs using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Data Governance & Quality: Define data quality KPIs, master data workflows, and data-stewardship operating models to clean and maintain Customer 360 views.
• System Integration: Oversee technical alignment between enterprise MDM tools (Informatica, Reltio, or AWS) and Salesforce ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between executive leadership, data architects, and business units to track budgets, project scopes, and risk remediation.
• Change Management: Drive user adoption and organizational alignment for new data standards and CRM processes.
• Define and drive the MDM strategy and roadmap.
• Manage MDM implementation programs across business and IT teams.
• Establish data governance policies, standards, and processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Employee data.
• Ensure data quality, data stewardship, and compliance requirements are met.
• Oversee MDM platforms (such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee).
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 12+ years in IT project/program management, featuring deep exposure to Salesforce CRM rollouts and data migration/MDM strategies.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Salesforce data models, APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise data warehousing concepts.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master (CSM); Salesforce Certifications (Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional executive communication, conflict resolution, and cross-functional team leadership
