We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to design and build AI-powered developer tools, agentic workflows, and performance engineering frameworks. The role involves:

• Designing and developing scalable Java tools and frameworks that focus on application performance and resiliency testing.

• Building reusable components and internal developer platforms that accelerate engineering productivity.

• Developing services that interact with microservices architectures and distributed systems.

• Designing and implementing AI workflows that automate engineering tasks such as code analysis, pull-request validation, test orchestration, results analysis, and CI/CD operations.

• Building AI agents using GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, Claude models, and other large language models, integrating them into IntelliJ and GitHub environments.

• Creating AI-assisted tooling for root-cause analysis, test generation, and system diagnostics.

• Building and optimizing GitHub Actions pipelines for large-scale mono-repos and microservices architectures.

• Implementing automated checks for performance regressions, code quality, test coverage, and release readiness.
