Role Summary: 

Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying autonomous Agentforce AI agents within the Salesforce Health Cloud environment. The goal is to automate complex patient and provider workflows, such as care gap outreach, benefits verification, and appointment management

• Agentforce Implementation: Architect and configure autonomous AI agents to handle multi-step business processes, utilizing natural language understanding and prompt engineering within the Einstein Trust Layer .
  

• Health Cloud Configuration: Configure Health Cloud-specific features, including Patient 360, Care Plans, Provider Relationships, and Patient Journeys, ensuring alignment with healthcare compliance standards.
