Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant with mandatory Workday Orchestrate certification and strong expertise in Workday Studio integrations.
The consultant will play a critical role in designing, developing, and
optimizing Workday solutions to support Boeing’s HR and business
operations. This is a remote, long-term engagement requiring both
technical depth and functional understanding of Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Support
Design, build, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and Workday Orchestrate.
Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external vendor systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Workflow Automation
Leverage Workday Orchestrate to streamline workflows and automate business processes.
Implement scalable orchestration solutions aligned with Boeing’s HR strategy.
Solution Design & Delivery
Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical expertise in integration architecture and best practices.
Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end testing of integrations and orchestrations.
Ensure compliance with Boeing’s data governance and security standards.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation within Workday.
Stay current with Workday releases and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Workday Orchestrate Certification.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, PECI, PICOF, APIs, and XSLT.
Proven track record in designing and deploying complex Workday integrations.
Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 7+ years of Workday integration experience.
Experience working in large enterprise environments (preferably aerospace/defense or manufacturing).
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certifications in Studio, Core Connector, or Integration Core.
Experience with Workday Financials or Benefits modules.
Familiarity with vendor ecosystems (e.g., Alight, ADP, SAP).
Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment.
