Job Title: Naehas Platform Specialist
Location: New York, NY / Alpharetta, GA – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week) – Local Candidates Only
Duration: 12+ Months

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Naehas Platform Architect / Integration Specialist with strong expertise in distributed systems, enterprise integration, and digital marketing technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying integration solutions while supporting digital marketing initiatives, CRM integrations, and campaign management platforms. This role requires strong technical architecture experience combined with client facing communication skills and the ability to deliver projects end to end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Architecture and Integration
   Design, build, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using the Naehas platform and related distributed technologies.

2. Digital Marketing Platform Integration
   Support integrations across digital marketing systems including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, campaign management systems, and audience targeting platforms.

3. Data Management and Transformation
   Implement data transformation and integration processes using cloud based tools and infrastructure to support enterprise marketing platforms.

4. Architecture and Engineering Support
   Contribute to architecture design, engineering solutions, and security considerations across enterprise technology platforms.

5. Project Delivery
   Manage and deliver projects end to end including requirements analysis, solution design, development coordination, testing, and deployment.

6. Data Governance and Compliance
   Ensure adherence to data governance standards and privacy regulations while managing marketing and customer data platforms.

7. SDLC and Agile Collaboration
   Work within the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Scrum frameworks to support development, testing, and release management activities.

8. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
   Interact directly with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and support implementation activities.

9. Documentation and Reporting
   Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project reports using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

10. Multi Project Coordination
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, prioritization, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

1. 8 to 15 years of overall IT experience.

2. 5 to 10 years of experience working with distributed technologies and enterprise systems.

3. 2 to 3 years of hands on experience working with the Naehas platform.

4. 5 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture, engineering, information security, or related technical domains.

5. Hands on experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise integration solutions.

6. Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies including web analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, campaign management, and audience targeting platforms.

7. Experience working with cloud based data management and transformation tools.

8. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and privacy regulations.

9. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.

10. Experience working within Agile and Scrum development environments.

11. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

12. Strong client facing communication and presentation skills.

13. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.

14. Self motivated, proactive, and results driven professional mindset.

Experience Required

1. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, integration platforms, or digital marketing technology ecosystems.

Additional Requirements

1. Candidate must be local to New York or Alpharetta, GA.

2. Candidate must attend an in person interview.

3. After background check completion, the role requires working from the office three days per week.
