Required Skills & Qualifications
- OS Proficiency: 7–10 years of experience supporting applications on Unix and Linux.
- Automation Stack: Expertise in Shell Scripting, PowerShell, and familiarity with Power Automate.
- Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data reporting and validation.
- Technical Diagnostics: Proven ability to analyze thread dumps and core dumps.
- Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, specifically Incident and Change Management.
- Communication: Excellent collaborative skills for managing vendors and offshore teams.
