Senior Salesforce Agentforce Engineer (Onsite/Nearshore)

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)  

Contract

Key Responsibilities

·                Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions.

• Configure Agents, Topics, Actions, Prompts, and Skills.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven use cases.
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.

Required Skills

·                8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and automation.

Preferred Certifications

·                Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

• Salesforce AI Associate
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
• Service Cloud Consultant

Nice to Have

·                Data Cloud experience

• MuleSoft or other integration platforms
• Generative AI and LLM knowledge
• Agile/Scrum experience
